Here at Aufocus we are confident that your diesel heater will provide you with many years of reliable service. But in the unfortunate and rare circumstance that something may occur or play up with your diesel heater, it is important to understand that Aufocus is always here to help. As much as it is important to complete regular servicing and maintanence of the diesel heater, sometimes it isn’t enough and thats where we come in.

Aufcus is open Monday through to Friday, 9AM to 5PM. During these hours, you are more than welcome to give us a call and walk us through what you are experiencing. If you are calling after hours, ensure a voice message is left so that the team can call back the following morning. Majority of the time, we can come to a resolution over the phone and sort out the issue; whether that be organising parts to send out, or even as little as not priming the diesel heater before use. Regardless, our tech team strive to ensure our customers stay satisfied with their diesel heater, and get the most reliable use out of what it has to offer.

If in the rare circumstance we can’t come to a resolution over the phone, the diesel heater may be required to have further inspection over in our workshop in Moorabbin, Victoria. In the circumstance that travelling to our workshop is deemed impossible, then one of our staff will provide you with an alternative solution.

All of our products and service parts are available on our website. Each of these parts and products come standard with 2 year warranty.
