I had a slight issue with my 16month old 2kw AUFocus diesel heater. Contacted Vince who checked the video I had done and he offered straight away to replace the heater. Heater was replaced with new exhaust, muffler and new glamps. Fitted the heater back in that day, Vince called me to see how it all went, it ran perfect. Fantastic service, quick, no hassles what so ever. Great service. Thank you

My original review was issues dealing with delivery and service of a diesel heater being delivered late ( fortunately thanks to all RV & Campervan in Bendigo allowing us to jump the queue to get the job done resulting in us able to continue our planned schedule) which resulted in a negative review being sent after discussing with the staff and owner in an amicable way I am now able to post a review on their product which after being delivered and installed and now in use we have found it to be an excellent product and worthy of a 5 stare rating.I have removed our previous review Vince

Julian in Mechanical Support talked me through the diesel fuel lines so I could repair a crack and get me warm again. Amazing support to a women in the bush!!!!

Very impressed with the 2KW Gen 4 kit as it came well packaged with everything other than the fire resistant silicone. Instructions were clear and accurate. I would have liked a longer cable for the controller included and I didn't find out there was an extension available until it was too late. If you are an experienced DIY'r you won't have any trouble with the installation.Heater works very well, though difficult to maintain a steady temperature which I believe the next model up with BT is better.

A very unfortunate and reluctant negative review as I purchased my 5KW unit from a Perth retailer and I have nothing but praise for this seller as they followed up on my concerns where AU Focus failed to do the right thing and rectify my issues. The problem, recieved items that were damaged, not transit damage but items that appeared to be second hand and re packaged. Stainless steel fuel tank all scratched, lockable fuel cap with broken key flap cover, LCD controller had protective film folded back and an attempt to replace it back, on removal I exposed screen damage. No installation instruction were provided. After 3 phone calls to AU Focus direct, no resolve at all, not even a return phone call or supply of replacement items. Pretty poor for a company that claim the benefits of dealing with a so called superior quality product and why I chose to pay near on $600 more than a cheap Chinese ebay product.i must thank the Perth retailer for doing the right thing and at his own expense after i informed him that i failed to get any response from AU Focus and supplied another LCD control panel. I decided to just install the stainless steel fuel tank inside my rear storage box so the damage wouldn't be seen. Not my preferred option but it allowed me to finish the install and wipe my hands with dealing any further with AU Focus.

Originally thought about buying a cheap Chinese heater but changed my mind and I'm glad that I did. Everything about this heater is good, the quality, the instructions, the ease of fitting it and best of all, how quiet it is. I had one small issue, but 1 phone call and they helped me out with immediate and express delivery for a part. VERRY HAPPY.

We purchased an AU Focus 2kw diesel heater and are very happy with the quality of the heating unit and the accessories that come with it for installation. The installation manual was easy to follow with clear photos for reference. We found Aufocus very helpful when we did have one question to do with the installation. We have been very happy with the heater’s performance. We would definitely recommend this brand of diesel heater.

We brought the Aufocus Diesel heater and it was the best decision we have made. We wanted something that was simple, so got the dial temperature control along with the remote. So easy to operate. It has 1 to 5 adjustable kilowatts. It’s a quality product and decided to paid the extra to get the 7 L metal fuel tank. Any inquiries about fitting we called up and was able to speak to Vince or Stephen straight away. (Extra bonus ) They were so helpful and nothing was any trouble. We received our heater within five days from Melbourne which was great as we live in rural New South Wales.It’s a fabulous product and we would definitely buy off them again if the need arises.Keeps as warm as toast!Thanks Guys from AufocusRobert and Vicki Sutton

My wife and I recently purchased and installed a 2kw diesel heater. This is our third diesel heater and is by far the best. Installation instructions were clear and very easy to follow. The display unit is informative and easy to use, as is the remote control. We would highly recommend this item and it is more than comparable to much more expensive units available.Vince and Steve have been great to deal with.
